Well, the past few days I've been busy, busy, busy!!! My Interview Suit is being altered and should be ready today and my swimsuit for my pageant arrived on Monday: I just couldn't help but try it on...and couldn't take if off...LoL!!! My evening gown will be ready right before my birthday which is a week before the pageant. I am SSSOOOOO ready for the swimsuit portion of competition as well as all the others areas of competition. I honestly just can't wait to compete again: it's been two (2) years since I've competed.
Yesterday was a big day for my family: my nephew grduated from the 6th grade!!! We are so proud of Jordan as he ventures off to Middle School. The program was adorable and as we entered Central High School for the commencement I could hear Jordan behind me telling all his friends, "Hey, that's my aunt", "Did you know that's my aunt". It made me so happy to hear that Jordan was as proud of me as I am of him...
Now it's back to the grind at work and I can't complain too much: in this economy I'm glad that I have a job and one that I enjoy doing!!! Well, I guess I need to get off the computer and head to work...ttyl
